Defective product
If an item is delivered defective, please contact our customer service immediately. You can find more information about our returns policy at the bottom of this page under the "Returns" heading.

Return
Returns Policy
1. The customer has 14 days to cancel the order (report return).
2. After this notification, the customer has another 14 days to actually return it.
3. The refund must take place within 14 days of the return notification.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
Products for the live stream are opened as a courtesy. Once the service is performed, they cannot be returned. (Once the sealed product is opened, it is irreversible.) By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal for these products.
Please note: Pre-orders cannot be canceled before they are delivered. If you still wish to return them, the normal return policy applies.

In the event that the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.
In case the package has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund.
In the event a product is damaged and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund process
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification regarding the refund.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return.
Once the refund is approved, the credit will be issued via the original payment method.
Late or missing refund
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Contact your credit card company or payment provider; it may take some time for your refund to be officially processed.

Do you ship internationally?
We also ship products internationally, but shipping costs are charged to the customer.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with an overview of your order, along with an invoice and a track and trace code so you can keep a close eye on your package.
